Opportunity available to join one of the largest real estate offices in the San Fernando Valley. With locations in Encino, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Brentwood, Santa Clarita, Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Toluca Lake, Equity Union is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who has a polished professional personality with experience in Marketing and graphic design, and must be able to assist our agents, staff and guests in a confident and friendly manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an upbeat personality and pleasant demeanor to become a valuable asset to this new office. Experience in real estate is not a must but it is preferred.

Technical Skills MUST:

• Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Cloud, and Canva

• Must be excellent with grammar, spelling and written descriptions with zero errors

Job functions are as follows, and may be modified by management from time to time:

• Assisting the Marketing Department with creativity and design
• Create marketing for the office, for agents, and for events
• Miscellaneous duties may be added as required

Position starting at $20-$25 per hour depending on experience + Health Insurance + 401K
