Overview:
Design Workshop is looking for passionate and motivated students of all backgrounds to join our 2023 Summer Graphic Design Internship. Participants will experience a dynamic, creative design environment in one of our eight studios.
Responsibilities:
What’s in it for you: Resume and skill-building experience. Work
may (because we may not have site visits) include project research, site visits, sketching, 2D and 3D design, participation in design reviews, and marketing proposal assistance.
Qualifications:
What we’re looking for: Students with exceptional graphic design, typographic, strategic, and digital production skills with proficiency in the Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and 3-D modeling (SketchUp, Lumion, and/or other). A positive attitude, an open mind and a collaborative approach are a must. Bonus if you have experience with experiential design, wayfinding and signage design, or are fluent in CAD Tools.
Who can apply: We will accept applications from recent graduates and students pursuing degrees in graphic design, environmental graphic design, user experience design, industrial design, exhibit design, or another visual degree with a supportive portfolio of work demonstrating skills in graphic and/or environmental graphic design. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to relocate for the internship.

This in-person program begins in Denver, CO in early June and continues through mid-August. Please note that we will not be offering remote internships. Compensation:
The pay for this position is $20-22 per hour, based on experience. This position is not benefits eligible.
