Floor Technician
We are looking to hire an energetic Floor Tech. The Floor Tech will be responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will be responsible for hard flooring maintenance, strip, and waxing, carpet cleaning, removing spots from carpets, perform bonnet, and extraction carpet cleaning. You will operate floor sweepers, buffers, strippers, canister vacuum cleaners, and shop vacuums.
Floor Tech Responsibilities:
Use all floor equipment properly and safely
Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
Follows instructions
Measuring chemicals correctly.
Operating chemical dispensing units.
Labeling chemicals correctly.
Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment.
Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
Floor Tech Requirements:
Floor maintenance experience required.
Physically agile.
Excellent communication skills.
