Job Description

Pioneer Industrial Systems is looking for 1st shift skilled Fabricators to add to our growing Montpelier, OH facility. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal structures from blueprint specifications using tools common to the trade and for assembling structures and equipment by performing the following duties and having the following qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Align, fit using torches and hand tools to perform complete units or subunits
• Ability to tack-weld fitted parts using MIG or TIG welding
• Blueprint Reading
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to think creatively, collaboratively and flexibly
• Must have good communication and a team player attitude

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years MIG/TIG welding and Fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams to build equipment from prints
• High School Diploma or GED
• A Welding Certificate or Associates Degree Preferred but not mandatory
• Must pass a welding test
• Knowledge of various metals and their properties is essential

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
