Job Description

The Entry Level Sales Representative role within our firm works solely with potential consumers by enlightening them of our clients daily offerings along with new promotional opportunities for the consumer. The Entry Level Sale Representative consistently meets the efficiency standards set forth by the company and displays ownership when handling customer acquisitions and launching new client accounts. The Entry Level Sales Representative generates, tracks, and manages their and their teams’ sales reports to ensure the firm is meeting the goals set by our existing and new clients.

Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities and Duties:

Maximize customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs. Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Proactively deliver customer service and sales support for all assigned customer leads
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions
  • Build strong relationships with team members, superiors, clients, and consumers
  • Attend regular meetings and conferences for continuous improvement and education
  • Increase community awareness on available promotions and services through interactive outreach initiatives
  • Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.
  • Educate community members on available services
  • Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
  • Enhance our client's reputation by using top notch customer service skills
  • Team management and mentorship

Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years client management and/ or customer service with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
  • Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion
  • Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner
  • Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying
  • Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately
  • Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition or product development a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,250.00 per week
