Entry Level Bookkeeper job at Hakan Ilhan Restaurant in Remote

Job Description

We're needing an entry level Bookkeeper / Data entry rep. College students are welcome to apply. No prior bookkeeping experience is required.

Position Responsibilities:

Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
Processing accounts receivable and payable.
Processing checks.
Understanding ledgers.
Working with an accountant when necessary.
Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.

Bookkeeper Requirements:

High school diploma.
Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience
Data entry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
