What You Will Learn:

As an Engineering Co-op in L’Oréal Operations, you will have the opportunity to play an active part in L’Oréal’s fast paced and exciting production world, day in, and day out as you steer your own project and deliverables across a 12-month period (20-30hrs/week).

  • Aid with cost saving initiatives and po writing.
  • Develop inventory management strategy for in-sourcing opportunities.
  • Design and build BOM’s for tooling and change over parts.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Junior or senior year of Undergrad or Second Year Master’s Degree with at least a 3.25 GPA
  • Majors: Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging or Industrial Engineering.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PLC’s and controls/automation
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and an understanding of simplification/improvement methodologies.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
  • Ability to communicate scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate 100% responsibility with regard to actions and reactions.
  • Results oriented.
