As a Human Resources Employee Experience Manager, you will tap into your passion for supporting, guiding, and helping leaders and team members every day! You will work with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for leaders and team members, delivering service and solutions that help support our vision of creating a better living for our customers and communities.
Salary starting at $75,000+ based on experience
A few things you get to do in this role:
- Coach, support, and provide guidance to leaders on various employee-related matters.
- Actively engage in the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead and assist in maintaining and optimizing our human capital management system.
- Assist team members through their leave options.
- Develop and support creative recruiting and employee retention strategies.
- Put your human resources knowledge to use by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
We are looking for great candidates with:
- 3+ years of human resource management experience in the areas of employee relations, employment law, leave of absence administration, and leadership development.
- Proficient with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to lead through complex situations through the use effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Minimum High School or GED. Four-year degree in business or related subject preferred; or four to six years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platform.
