Pay Depends on Experience

2nd Shift 3pm – 11pm + Shift pay increase $1.20

3rd Shift 11pm – 7am + Shift pay increase $1.15

Fulltime position Monday through Friday, may include weekend shifts according to needs. The maintenance position requires employees to perform a wide variety of general maintenance and repair duties throughout the plant. These duties include setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment according to ABM’s safety procedures, supporting the goals and objectives of ABM.

Essential Functions:

• Employees are required to be proficient in the following but not limited to:
• Making machine repairs and performing preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Moving and installing hydraulic equipment such as air, gas, and steam lines.
• Performance of mechanical skills including electrical, welding, mechanic and pipefitting.
• Able to understand and use blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Ability to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as needed.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

Preferred Educational Requirements:

High school diploma and experience in manufacturing or maintenance. An Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
