Job Description

We are looking for an Editor Agent who is bilingual (English and Turkish), this role will be handling real time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe, to the cities. A good opportunity to use your language skills in researching and documenting your findings. This position will be working in an office environment.

Qualification:
Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport
English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work is in English
Skilled researcher with the ability to use a variety of online sources in Turkish/English languages
High School Diploma education is minimum qualification requirement
Good communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Self-motivated
Second language (if required as per Project Scope above) in one of the following languages: Turkish
Able to maintain positive demeaner and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks
Adaptable and able to learn new skills, projects, and processes
Customer service background (Communications team) preferred
QGIS skills preferable
MAC OS X experience preferred
Incident management experience is a plus
1-year technical support or other problem-solving experience preferred
