Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Facilities to join our team. As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance, operations, and accountability of the maintenance team in your assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing Facilities/Maintenance, preferably in the restaurant industry.

Your Impact

• Plan, control, communicate and implement procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the maintenance team in the assigned territory.
• Oversee the repairs, installations and upkeep of restaurants in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
• Track budgets and expenses and perform inspections on different facilities to find problems and make repairs.
• Train and supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Dispatcher.

Your Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Verbal and written English Skills, Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Experience managing complex event logistics.
• Management abilities demonstrated in managing cross-functional areas and departments.
