We’re looking for a graphic designer that can create a complete and captivating marketing package both in print and digitally. You would learn our software to perfection, so you’d be able to deliver excellent content both for sales and training. We provide mobile digital video marketing. The designs of the mobile web are critical to our client’s success. You’ll need to work with their brand identity to facilitate the use of creative ideas as it applies to our software. You will create projects across many mediums including events, social media, web, print, photos, and video.

You must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. Video editing skills with adobe premiere would make you’re a premium candidate. Knowing Figma is also a preference.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and design various high quality visually compelling materials for print and digital collateral for the company and our clients.
• Stay relevant with current design trends, mediums, and techniques.
• Write copy that is informative and appealing.
• Create visual concepts to help the portfolio through color, texture, symbols, images, and branding.
• Use artistic skills to communicate ideas and solve problems.
• Consistently meet project deadlines
• Develop and design high-performing paid social media ads across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.) that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to new company ideas.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably After Effects and Premiere.
• Ability to perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Knowledge of layouts, print, and web.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specs for in-house use and clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or animated design (is a plus)
• Image editing
• Bachelor’s degree (not required)
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Expertise in Direct Response best practices, including copywriting, visual design, and optimization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience creating high-performing paid social media ads.
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing would be a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,811.00 - $53,473.00 per year
