Job Description:
Coordination with sales for new customer / division acquisition of work.
Oversee engineering teams for various types of projects in harness design and build.
Engineering manager is responsible for setting the direction of electrical systms / harness design dedicated team to meet revenue and margin targets.
work with the client to understand the requirements and able to put the compelling proposal along with the project delivery team.
