Customer Support Representative (Part Time with potential Full Time)

The Customer Support Representative will play a critical role in CLMBR's relationship with the CLMBR community. The Customer Support Representative will interact with those who have purchased our product and joined our subscription service. As the Customer Support Representative, you will be a key member of the team as we develop our core communications. You will communicate, track and oversee the information a customer has on their machine and their account. As CLMBR grows and expands in the marketplace and broadens its product set, you will be critical in the creating, planning and methods of how we relate to the users of our products.

Hybrid role (required 3 days a week in Denver office)

Compensation: $19-28 an hour for part-time and $39,520-$58,240 for full-time

Compensation:

$19 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming customer inquiries regarding delivery, billing issues, product & service questions and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent CLMBR standard of communication and establish positive rapport with every customer
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction
  • Turn frustrated users into CLMBR fans through positive tone and connection

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask in a high intensity environment
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk and other CRMS
  • Customer Service Experience 3+ Years
  • Previous experience with a more technical product is desired
