The Infatuation is looking for a copywriter who has previous experience in innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns. As a Copywriter at The Infatuation, you will collaborate with the audience development, marketing, editorial, and product teams to write copy that engages readers and builds The Infatuation brand. This role will report to our VP, Audience Growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Write and edit engaging copy for marketing assets across paid social media ads, google ads, and other marketing platforms
  • Write convincing and on-brand copy for audience growth opportunities across the site to influence newsletter and account sign ups
  • Collaborate with social, partnerships, growth, paid, and marketing teams to develop and manage creative copy and assets that engage users
  • Work closely with the paid marketing team to refine voice across paid marketing platforms and campaigns
  • Assist the team with internal copy needs (pop-up promotional modules on the site, social media captions, blurbs for partner content)
  • Provide cohesion across platforms and output that support brand objectives and initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience writing and producing a wide range of marketing communications assets
  • Ability to balance a humorous, cheeky brand voice with business objectives
  • Efficient writer who can distill marketing ideas into digestible copy
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with media, commerce, B2B, or B2C audiences
  • Ability to apply data-informed insights and trends to your copy

  • A familiarity with the Infatuation voice and brand, and an understanding of the fact that we don't use words like "foodie" or "nestled" or "toothsome." You've read our reviews and guides, and hopefully you've used The Infatuation to find a great restaurant.
