About the Role:

My Code is growing and a critical component of growth is our people… we are looking for a

Recruiter, a true talent partner who is self-motivated, organized and who brings an outside of

the box approach to recruiting.

This role is contract to hire and will report to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, helping to grow

the company across all functions. The ideal Recruiter will bring strong full lifecycle recruiting

experience within the advertising, media or creative agency space.

As a member of the People team here at My Code you will help build the culture by identifying

future talent. Our teams have a people first approach and in this role you will act as a talent

partner providing support and advising on best practices to our leaders. If you’re enthusiastic

What you will do:

  • Recruit high caliber candidates within digital media, marketing, technology, production, sales, corporate functions, print media, strategy and others
  • Partner with hiring managers to strategize, drive, and execute the full candidate lifecycle
  • Assist with creation of job descriptions, posting and maintaining requisitions
  • Develop a strong understanding of department needs and how each role fits into the organization
  • Ensure high-touch candidate approach to deliver a best-in-class experience
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline through out of the box sourcing techniques and networking
  • Update our candidate database and reporting functions on a daily basis
  • Partner with HR to kick off new employee onboarding
Requirements:

What you will need:

  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment supporting across a variety of functions
  • 2+ years of experience working in advertising, media or creative agency space
  • Strong ability to multi- task and prioritize based on the needs of the business
  • Experience using Google Suite, Slack, MS Word and Excel
  • Highly collaborative and ability to build strong partnerships

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $35.00-$41.00 per hour. The pay range is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
