Description:

This position is essentially early out billing for one of our large customers who don't want to send bills straight to collections.

This position is taking 20-30 inbound calls on a busy day, helping set up payment plans for members to pay down bills before they would need to get sent to Express for collections. After 90 days with Clear Management, if there is no payment set up or paid down for a bill, it will automatically get sent to Express. The goal of this collections representative is to help with the early part of the billing process (whether that is taking full payments or it's setting up payment plans). It is the softest form of "collections" it gets. There will occasionally be outbound calls to customers who have bills due, but there will be more inbound calls than anything, and outbound calls are "warm" and only necessary when inbound calls slow down from a volume standpoint.

Work Environment:

Flexible 8-5pm or 9-6pm. One late night each week (work until 8:00pm). Or you can work a split shift. Generally on Saturday per month.
