MARKETING AND CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR – Baton Rouge
Kean Miller has an opening for a Marketing and Client Services Coordinator to work in our Baton Rouge office.
With 190 attorneys from offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Houston, and The Woodlands, Kean Miller’s Client Services and Marketing Department serves the marketing communications, internal communications, and business development needs of the firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist with a variety of external marketing events and webinars, such as live seminars, online programs, client appreciation events, CLE programs, client entertainment events, and internal events.
  • Assist with brochures, presentations, marketing materials, websites, blogs, and other creative projects.
  • Assist with various PR and media relations projects, including award submissions, press releases, and pitches.
  • Manage the Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including data quality, marketing lists, reports, activities, and desk-side training and assistance for support staff and attorneys.
  • Manage website and social media content and ensures accuracy.
  • Collaborate with practice group attorneys to support practice group, office, and Firm marketing and public relations initiatives.
  • Assist with and coordinate participation in external seminars, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, professional/industry organizations, and networking events.
  • Research and analyze information to identify marketing opportunities as well as speaking and authorship opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Three years prior experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InterAction preferred.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, driven attitude with a genuine desire and energy to use a “whatever it takes” approach to ensure team success.
