SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties inherent to retail sales, merchandising and customer service in accordance to the Twin Totems Standard Operating Procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Read, write, speak and understand English. Read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patrons, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with Microsoft Word preferred
REASONING ABILITY:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current Washington Food Handlers Permit.
