Job Title: Gift Shop Cashier (Located at Wildlife Safari, 16406 292nd St, Ashland, NE 68003)
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hours: Seasonal (flexible schedule available up to 24 hours per week including weekends and holidays)
Summary:
Omahas Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a Gift Cashier to provide excellent guest service to the public by answering routine questions, greeting guests, selling tickets and following ticketing policies with excellent cash handling skills. Assists in cleaning tasks around the gift shop area. This position reports directly to the Gift Shop Assistant Manager.

Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment, may be asked to perform in other areas to include outdoor locations. Must wear close toe shoes. While in performance of job duties the employee is required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, signal and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch and/or crawl; talk and hear; occasionally required to sit and frequently lift 25 pounds using safe and proper methods. Able to communicate clearly.
