Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers remote and hybrid work options, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  • Update customer accounts and records with accurate information and interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction ratings and response time.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year's experience in a high-volume call center
  • Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e., MSWord, Excel. Teams)
  • Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management
  • MUST have reliable, high speed internet connection (stipend not included)
  • Ability to demonstrate, comprehend and apply our workplace values

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
