A Massachusetts-based pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a new Business Analyst for a great Remote opportunity with their staff.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst (Remote) will be responsible for:

• Working alongside the project stakeholder to define/ gather requirements and translate the requirements into user stories
• Working with client R&D Resource Management Director o gather requirements for the scenario modeling capability in the Resource Management System
• Supporting client on getting the Product Backlog populated (Jira) for project start
• Challenging and refining these requirements until a solid and repeatable process is bulletproofed before technical development begins to build out the Resource Management system’s inputs to fill the “Gap” scenarios (potential acquisitions/partnerships)
• Helping to layout the project sequencing/coordination for Sprint Planning
• Preparing the inputs/deliverables that will be inputs for the Implementation vendor’s SOW
• Developing test strategy and drafting scripts to verify all of the above implements meet User defined Acceptance Criteria
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer savvy
• Solid problem solving and tim emanagement skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Scrum Master and/or Resource Planning experience
