The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing third party management relationships as a Business Activity Owner, automating reports in excel, and developing/designing our team's SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Third Party relationships within Markets Technology as the Business Activity owner (BAO)
• Own the entire process for a third party supplier end to end from onboarding to off-boarding processes.
• Perform Third Party Risk assessment process (TPRAP) while onboarding new vendor, perform due diligence procedures to ensure timely onboarding.
• Proactively manages ongoing monitoring (OGM) of all the third party relationships and ensure all gaps are being addressed in time by coordinating with vendors, third party utility reviewers and internal tech teams.
• Manages various internal processes like Third Party Information Security Assessment (TPISA), Cloud Architecture review (CART), Citi Approved Supplier Program (CASP+)
• Collaborate with vendors, Internal Technology Team, Sourcing, Third Party utility teams while onboarding new vendors.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Assist with automating and consolidating reports in Excel.
• Assist with designing & developing our internal SharePoint team site.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in SharePoint and Excel.

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
