Beauty Advisor

This position offers base pay plus commission.

What you'll do...
As a Beauty Advisor, you will work with high end luxury brands such as: Chanel, Dior, Loreal, Clarins, MAC and Jo Malone. You will achieve individual sales goals established by the management team and provide superior customer service standards while in a safe airport terminal environment. You will build customer relationships that will result in repeat business. You will also be responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

• Achieve individual sales goals
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Greet and serve customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
• Provide honest and confident recommendations and feedback to customers regarding an assortment of products
• Perform daily boutique maintenance and visual merchandising tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price changes, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning according to management directives.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts are required

Minimum Qualifications…

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• 1+ years of specialty retail store experience
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cosmetics experience a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED required
