Description:Successful candidate will be expected to work with a team of Agile teams to supporting the development AMMM programs for C-130J and C-5 software products. Must be capable of working effectively, and supporting Agile teams, within a configuration managed software development environment across all phases of the project lifecycle. Adherence to rigorous company and program specific software development processes is required.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships across Agile Development Teams.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Experience with embedded real-time systems
  • Experience as an Agile Coach
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with DO-178 B/C and MIL-HDBK-516C
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with working on DoD development programs
  • Ability to recommend metrics that help Agile teams and organizations measure and improve their effectiveness and increase their value delivery
  • Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
