Job Summary

Summary:

This experienced professional manages the business office functions of the Legal Services department, including primary responsibility for all invoice processing; compiling departmental business and operations information and entering into databases; producing analytical reports and summaries, as needed; and, overseeing office supply orders, inventory and audits. The Legal Administrator will manage the departments virtual front desk while providing employees, clients, outside counsel, vendors and others with the highest degree of customer service.

The Legal Administrator will be the primary contact for Process Servers and will make appropriate arrangements for the service of legal documents. This individual will be responsible for organizing department schedules, coordinating department and team meetings, preparing presentations and other meeting materials in collaboration with Risk Management and Attorney Services, and ensuring that meeting arrangements and equipment are appropriately in place and functional.

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Requires ability to master other software as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with significant attention to detail.

Knowledge of basic office equipment.
