As an Administrative Team Coordinator, you will provide administrative and project specific support to our project managers and technical professionals. You will proofread and review contracts to verify accuracy of both the text and the necessary components needed to maintain company standards. You will review and compile technical reports and documents. You will provide administrative support for 10-15 people with varying requests including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, attending meetings and taking detailed notes, contract review, generating reports, generating project communications, entering and maintaining accurate project information in databases (i.e., Smartsheet and Deltek), and routine internal and external follow up.
