New Accounts Representative

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Must have Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services
• Ability to perform all job functions

Specific Job Functions:

• Provides efficient and courteous customer service, cross-marketing products and services to generate new business for the financial institution when appropriate.
• Opens and maintains accounts offered by the financial institution.
• Prepares and maintains account paperwork, including signature cards, check orders, transfers and service charges to ensure compliance with all laws.
• Relates complete account information to customers in a timely manner.
• All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains Safe Deposit logs, send notices and past dues, drill boxes when needed. Let customers into their box as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
