**What you'll do:

**

• Develop the tools and processes for high-speed, high-volume metal fabrication operations such as stamping, forming, curling, coating, and material handling.
• Deliver improved manufacturing processes and resolve complex processing issues.
• Create parametric solid models and detailed product specification drawings.
• Work closely with tool fabrication vendors.

**What you'll need to have:

**

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the closure design or package industry; product/tooling design.
• Proficiency using solid modeling for design engineering (preferably SolidWorks) and with statistical data analysis techniques and using that information to make good design decisions.
• Able to travel up to 50% to manufacturing facilities located in Indiana and Pennsylvania.
