Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm welcome to members and VIP guests upon arrival
  • Work with Visitor Center management team to maintain high level of customer service throughout the entire Visitor Center
  • Responsible for escorting clients to their destination on property
  • Facilitating daily updates to TOCK reservation system
  • Supporting the Visitor Center team in set up and break down of tables
  • Supporting the Lead Concierge
  • Pouring a welcome wine for arriving members and guests
  • Variety of data entry responsibilities to support the wine clubs and e-commerce function
  • Facilitating and processing pick up orders for club members and e-comm including supporting curbside pick-up services
  • Must be enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality

Position Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner
  • Ability to work independently and productively
  • 2 years customer service or reception experience
  • Advanced proficiency with TOCK

Your Compensation:

$17.00 - $27.00/hour based upon relevant experience.
