Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fixed term role, expected to last up to 6 months, 40 hours weekly

The Sourcing Specialist will partner with our recruitment professionals to support our strategic hiring needs. You will have the opportunity to impact our sourcing framework and strategies as we continue our record-breaking growth. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, be highly flexible, proactively partner with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to help drive talent pipeline
  • Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for multiple roles and departments with a focus on identifying passive candidates
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, boolean searches, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with the talent acquisition specialists to develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Attend recruitment events and job fairs to identify potential candidates.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruitment with a focus on active sourcing techniques and development of sourcing strategies from scratch.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of creatively sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Develops and directs social media campaigns building awareness for NLG positions
  • Placing and refreshing recruiting ads to optimize candidate flow
  • Utilize hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve and make informed decisions
  • Perform research on the talent markets to determine the supply versus demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
