Under the supervision of the Product Manager, design, develop, test, and implement proprietary software application systems for the healthcare industry. Collaborate with clients to observe and understand their current tools, workflows, tasks, and data sources. Create detailed requirements documentation to implement our customizable software to meet client needs. Oversee development stages of the product and implementation of those. Work with technical team on actionable user stories as needed and create use cases and map them into business workflows. Responsible for maintaining and updating functional test cases for features and functions per sprint, Program increment and releases. Provide technical-only direction to teams on user stories and validate work completed with unit testing as needed. Identify issues, and structure and conduct necessary analysis to draw conclusions and solutions. Perform configuration activities within the product through the UI. Be the subject matter expert point of contact (SME) for clients and internal stakeholders for questions/requests/issues. Provide best practice recommendations to clients for improved workflows and use of our software. Oversee needs and volumes for the team to ensure product delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Position is flexible, 20-30 hours weekly, and will include one 4-hour Saturday shift per month and one evening shift weekly.
