Squire is a leading CPA /accounting firm with a regional presence based in Utah. We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team! This person will assist in developing and providing custom solutions for NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our innovative software solutions are designed to help businesses streamline their accounting processes and make informed financial decisions. We are also building exciting integration solutions for these ERP systems that will allow us to connect external platforms including ecommerce, 3rd party logistics (3PL), returns management, and back-office management systems. Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a team of software developers to design and develop custom solutions for NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
• Develop software and solutions according to client specifications, ensuring that all software is fully functional and meets the highest quality standards
• Maintain and enhance existing software solutions
• Participate in the testing and deployment of software solutions
• Continuously keep up-to-date with the latest trends in software development and recommend improvements to our development processes
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies

Critical Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience as a software developer/engineer 3-5 years (preferred)
• Experience with Azure APIM and data transformation in the cloud
• Mastery of the software development cycle
• Expertise in NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong command of code repositories including version control, merge conflict resolution and QA
• Proven leader in the development arena, strong teaching ethic and ability to interpret learning styles and pivot accordingly
• Ability to be autonomous at times as an original contributor but also comfortable directing work within a team
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
