Your Role and Responsibilities

ServiceNow Project Manager directs, administers, manages, and facilitates an enhancement, business process re-engineering or implementation project. ServiceNow Project Manager will have the responsibility to address the management and coordination of the product from development to production.

The Project Manager must ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within the defined budget and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements. This role will work on the Business Transformation Team that resides in Global Sales Operations and will be responsible for:

  • Provide complete project management execution and leadership end to end, with the demonstrated experience to drive critical GDM and/or cross-enterprise projects.
  • Be a single point of control and contact to own projects – lead and communicate to desired outcomes.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to drive the charter and business case, own the plan, drive requirements, testing plans, delivery, and measure monitoring.
  • Manage critical project communications across team members and influence decision making to leadership and steering.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Direct, administer, manage and facilitate an enhancement, business process re-engineering or implementation of a high priority, high profile information technology project of strategic importance.
  • Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for complete life-cycle of projects including the planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements of the project.
  • Design project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
  • Report status and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risk, and develop risk mitigation strategies, and track to closure.
  • Coordinate project schedules across multiple teams/vendors.
  • Responsible for project compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the development of estimates for the enhancement, business process re-engineering or development effort in planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Works with team leads to adjust and revise project estimates when necessary.
  • Develop the detailed Project Management Plan for the enhancement, business process re-engineering or development effort.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030 to $203,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience.
  • ServiceNow project management experience.
  • Experience managing all aspects of large-scale project including financial management including revenue/cost.
  • Ability to collaborate with external groups; outside vendors/suppliers.
  • Ability and interest to learn technology quickly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to present to internal and external stake holders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience leading large team implementations.
  • Experience working with SOW’s.
  • PMP certification or specialized training.
  • Training or experience Continuous improvement or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with MS Project or Trello software.
