Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-end payment processes for varied incentives
• Identification of appropriate data sources, data reconciliation across systems
• Calculation of earnings, oversight of approval process
• Invoice generation and ensuring timeliness of payment per contract
• Support multiple functional areas through data restructuring, report development & analytics related to incentive earnings
  

This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a data analytics/reporting environment
• 2+ years pulling data from SQL
• Demonstrable ability to gather data from various sources to analyze and construct data sets or reports
• Proven ability to elicit business needs and define requirements for payment solutions which includes driving consensus across multiple stakeholders who often have different priorities and needs
• Proven ability to understand database structures, data definitions and query data related to requirement gathering activities
