Job Summary
As a Sr WFS Advisor, your role is to offer strategic guidance and specialized knowledge to Technology Leadership reporting to the Office of the CIO (OCIO) organization. This would entail driving performance and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Departments. As a trusted advisor, your primary focus would be supporting the CIO and the Senior Leadership team to help implement and operationalize the Departments' organizational strategic plans. In addition, you will be optimizing workforce strategies in partnership with the OCIO Workforce Strategy Team, which would involve providing effective and sustainable workforce solutions that are in line with the Department's goals to achieve positive organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to Senior Technology Leadership in implementing innovative and significant business organizational solutions that are large scale
In support of Technology strategy, understand Technology vision to provide recommendations to achieve long-term organizational health targets set by the OCIO Workforce Strategy Team
Advise and provide thought leadership related to organizational structure, including what-if analysis, requirement gathering, cost/benefit analysis, process analysis and mapping/improvement projects, and serve as the subject matter expert for the Technology organization.
Advise on the Technology Training Strategy, primarily on setting standards/expectations and curating training curriculum for Technology Leaders
Advise and identify improvement opportunities for Technology performance management, recruiting, and compensation
Consult Technology HRBPs on Technology Job Architecture, including job descriptions and competencies
Analyze and interpret performance and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement related to workforce and resource allocation.
Drive communication and collaboration with OCIO Workforce Strategy team members and stakeholders to establish alignment and coordination.
Review and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the execution process, adjusting as needed to ensure that the organization remains on track to achieve its strategic objectives.
Drive sessions to facilitate decision-making and support the implementation of recommendations and plans.
Strategically engage with Senior Leaders across and serve as an experienced advisor.
Identify strategic recommendations on how to optimize the workforce by embedding Organizational design practices.
Work independently and in partnership with Leadership, developing strong relationships with OCIO Team and other remote partners through the creation and communication of polished analysis and PowerPoint presentations to inform and recommend strategies to senior leadership.
Recommend organizational designs and structures where necessary across Technology organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of workforce management, workforce operations, business analytics, forecasting system/tools, and predictive modeling.
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphs, and standard formulas and functions.
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Powerpoint, including the ability to produce Executive-level presentations
Ability to think creatively to build advanced Excel spreadsheets from scratch.
Excellent capabilities with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables/Data Analysis/Database knowledge.
Ability to analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data, create "what if" models, and identify viable options to enable data-driven decisions that support business objectives.
Skilled in strategic planning, structured problem-solving, analytics, and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that convey the ability to synthesize complex concepts into easy-to-digest formats for senior leaders
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Innovator level experience, highest level of knowledge in:
Org design and/or Workforce Planning
Leadership Training & Development
Business execution, implementation, and/or strategic planning
Workforce management tools including Workday, OrgVue, etc.
Data reporting using tools including SAS, SQL, Tableau, etc.
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits
C ompetitive market salary from $144,200 per year to $160,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
