We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate professionals, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate office activities.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
