The Opportunity:
Vestaron is currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Durham, NC, reporting to Director, Product Marketing. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for support, planning and project management for various activities across the sales and marketing function.
Responsibilities:

Trade Shows:

  • Works closely with Sales and Marketing Leaders to develop trade show event plans, define timelines, identify resource requirements and execute project deliverables
  • Manage the sourcing, contract negotiations, materials and logistics to deliver events and engagements efficiently and on budget.
  • Attend events and tradeshows as necessary to set-up, conduct the events, and close the events with support from others on the commercial team.
  • Develop strategies for driving customer engagement through events, tradeshows and marketing campaigns through Salesforce and social media channels utilized by the company.
  • Drive customer engagement before, during and after events to build relationships and drive future sales.

Literature:
  • Support the development of sales and marketing materials such as brochures, mailings, and promotional items, including maintenance of the print and promotions portals.
  • Facilitate external marketing communications working closely with the marketing, product development, and sales, in collaboration with corporate communications.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and literature including tech sheets and print advertising.
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature and giveaways
  • Support the marketing and sales efforts with CRM tools and maintaining the databases and documentation
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Hubspot

Administration Support:
  • Schedule and project plan internal meetings for the commercial team, such as recurring and annual meetings for Sales, Marketing and Field Development.
  • Proactively manage an extremely active calendar of appointments ensure the Commercial Leadership Team’s productivity is enhanced by actively managing calendars, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Calendar management including setting up, prioritizing, coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring adherence of meetings and appointments.
  • Anticipate potential schedule conflicts and proactively deal with them before they become issues.
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements/itineraries/agendas, meals, and expense reporting for commercial leadership team, as needed.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence communicating directly and on behalf of executives with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, such as Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Agribusiness
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar sales or marketing capacity
  • Experience with event management including contracts, F&B orders, A/V management, onsite logistics, event budgets, program management/ production.
  • Proficient across multiple creative and content management platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
