Hiring multiple full-time sales associates immediately! Pay is $13 - $15 an hour depending on experience PLUS commission!!!

Cellular Touch Wireless Inc, one of the fastest growing Metro by T-Mobile retailers in the state of Florida, is currently seeking to fill multiple full-time and part-time sales positions at locations throughout the SFL area. We are seeking candidates who are customer obsessed, goal-oriented, can multi-task, and who can succeed in a competitive, fast paced environment. Due to the growth of our company, there are opportunities to move into a store management position for successful employees.

Job description

• As a sales associate, you will engage with customers and potential customers to sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories all while delivering an excellent customer experience with a positive and fun attitude
• Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and options with a focus on solving problems rather than pushing products or making a quick sale
• Focus on generating repeat business through a loyal client base and subsequent referrals
• Ability to assist customers with troubleshooting issues on wireless devices
• Recognize, adapt and respond to a range of common retail scenarios and guest personalities
• Multi-task, think on one's feet, and keep calm under pressure amidst time constraints
• Leverage store displays and interactive devices to provide each guest with a unique, immersive experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions

Requirements:

• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at different store locations
• Previous experience in prepaid wireless sales is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Team player and a professional who brings a fun attitude and high energy to the workplace
• Customer service focused is a must!
