Duration: 4-6 month contract with potential to extend
Equipment: Provided by client (laptop, monitor, etc.)
Hours: 3 Shifts available (times are in PST). Must be available for any shift
2:30 PM-11:00 PM with T&W off
2:30 PM-11:00 PM with T&Th off
11:30 AM-8:00 PM (930-6 Sat) with T&W off

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Have a unique opportunity to provide substantial support in a call center setting on projects involving many types of business, including but not limited to government alliances, and customer service centers
  • Efficiently handle inbound inquiries, perform case reviews, and conduct outbound calling.
  • Perform interviews, investigations or supply support for the engagement at hand.
  • Administer aid and problem resolution to callers/customers claims.

Training schedule:
First week from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. ( PST ). including a 1-hour lunch. (Subject to change according to time zone needs)

  • Training will last 1 week and includes virtual new employee orientation and instructor-led training.

Required:

  • One year of customer servicing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma).
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities that allows you to interact well with a diverse population of people during a crisis.
  • Effective organizational and communication capabilities.
  • Good judgment and the ability to exhibit a professional, positive demeanor and independent work ethic.
  • Capability to show compassion to distressed individuals and aid in crafting resolutions.
  • Capacity to perform job responsibilities in a remote environment with minimal distractions and interruptions.

Preferred:

  • Public health or related experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, and speaking desired but not required
