isolved is looking for a full-time Sourcer Recruiter to join our Talent Acquistion team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for positions throughout the organization and will utilize your network and persuasive skills to attract and hire top-tier talent to support our leading PeopleCloud/HCM business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Create strong, diverse talent pipelines, expand our market knowledge and reach, and develop a better understanding of how we best attract candidates.
• Responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across the business and work closely with your team to build new, innovative strategies to attract amazing talent.
• Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will help find a diverse mix of prospective candidates to both consider for our open roles and build future talent pipelines
• Develop new sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize multiple strategies including online databases social media sites.
• 3 years experience recruiting of passive candidate sourcing experience in either a sourcing or recruiting role, ideally in the HCM industry
• Proven experience driving new sourcing or recruiting processes and identifying opportunities and potential pitfalls.
• Advanced Boolean keyword searching and networking to proactively source high quality professionals for key roles and markets.
• Team-first mentality, who wants to help drive company initiatives.
• Strong familiarity and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
