This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader in multi-family property management. Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Utilize various recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals

Position Skills:

- Preferred Education - degree in Human Resources

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience in multifamily property management
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Strong networking skills
