We are in the process of expanding all over Maryland and need a Broker who is coachable and trainable. This is not a position for the Broker who knows it all but for a Licensed Professional with an open mind and capable of learning a new way to provide real estate services. Compensation:$200,000
Responsibilities:Train Sales Staff on Licensed Craig Proctor Material
Oversee multiple offices throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania
On-board new real estate agents to our Team
Assist agents with contract questions
Assist Customer Service with Customer questions and concerns
Meet with Team Leaders to help them achieve Team Goals
Have new agents shadow you on Appointments with Buyer and Seller Prospects
Conduct both in person and on-line training for sales and administrative staff
Qualifications:Complete our 30 Day onboarding through our exclusive online Real Estate University.
Must be able to meet with and sign customers to our Exclusive VIP Buyer and Seller Agreements
Must be a humble individual with a customer-first attitude - focused on giving back to the Company, Team, Customer, and Community
