In this role, you will reside within the Controls Management Organization Quality Assurance (CMO QA )group. In addition, you will be responsible for managing key programmatic elements of the QA framework, helping to ensure the program remains aligned with business processes and complies with Firm-wide standards by Completing daily Quality review checks within High complexed areas such as Loan booking/ Funding and Credit Proposals. In addition, the role will have cross-functional visibility and exposure to WLS and CMO QA.

Additionally, you will be a part of the Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Quality Assurance Team which is part of CMO QA organization that provides robust quality assurance (QA) testing for all critical processes in WLS Operations. You as a Quality Analyst will be tasked with performing quality reviews aligned to the Wholesale Lending Services product verticals which are comprised of Regulatory and complex deals with transactions across multiple lines of business.

Job responsibilities:
  • Execute review and analysis of customer files and transactions against pre-established criteria for Quality Assurance (QA) purposes
  • Enters quality information in system of record for tracking and reporting, including written summaries of findings
  • Ensures all quality-related requests are completed accurately and timely
  • Follows documented quality policies and procedures as well as instruction from QA Leadership
  • Ensures testing job aids and procedures are kept current and are beneficial tools for the QA analysts
  • Deliver training on QA processes to QA analysts and participates in new Specialist training
  • May develop documentation of results and activity, which can include the preparation of standard reports, process updates, and issue logs and tracking (as applicable)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Financial services industry knowledge with an emphasis on loan operations
  • Experience with various loan operations systems (Loan IQ, ACBS, VLS, RLOTS, DealWorks, etc.)
  • Prior experience reviewing and interpreting regulatory and compliance documentation is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to complete timely deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Ability to deliver on projects and tasks with competing priorities
  • Business Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking experience is a plus
  • Analytical ability including the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity
  • Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner, share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs, and policies
  • Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image in all team, organization-wide and company interactions
