What are employees do / sample job duties and requirements include:

• Travel to clients’ homes independently to visit and groom/bathe assigned animals.

• Communicate effectively with clients to find out specific grooming needs

• Create a comforting environment for dogs and their owners and provide professional grooming techniques for a variety of breeds.

• Secure clients’ homes using keys and alarm codes as instructed following all prescribed safety measures, policies and procedures.

• Flexibility in scheduling required. Team members must be available on short notice since some of our clients request same day service.

• All team members must have a smartphone.

• Reliable transportation is a must in order to get from one assignment to the next. Employees must have their own vehicle that meets insurability and safety standards.

• Animal lover's only: Must love getting affection from four-legged friends of all types and sizes!!

• Customer service ability- Provide support and excellent service to clients, respond to feedback, issues and concerns with a positive attitude.

• Employees are paid on a "per visit" basis, and may be eligible for an increase in pay after one year.
