Position Title: Patient Services Representative
Location: Honolulu, HI
Duration: Full-time or Part-time
Wage: $18.00 to $20.00 / hour

Revibe Men’s Health by Universal Men's Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility that offers medical treatment for a variety of men’s sexual health issues. We have a history of satisfied patients because we offer experience and expertise in a professional clinic atmosphere.

Position Summary: The patient services representative provides patient support by assisting with treatment adherence for a seamless continuum of care. This mainly consists of scheduling appointments, reminder phone calls, billing, and other supportive services. All PSRs will undergo up to a one month training period where they will shadow in the clinic to learn how the facility functions. Upon completion of this training, the PSR will commence telephone patient services training.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with treatment compliance and ensures uninterrupted continuum of care
• Manages incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Facilitates communication between patient and clinic staff
• Provides treatment option information and treatment renewals over the phone
• Schedules new patient and follow-up appointments
• Provides telephone appointment reminders
• Processes payments and offers bill pay reminders
• Enters confidential patient information into EMR system
• Provides exceptional customer service and support over the phone

Position Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with HIPAA
• Must have exceptional patient service and phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and task-focused
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Additional language capabilities are a plus
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to maintain organization while multi-tasking in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to answer calls efficiently and return calls in a timely manner
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while resolving a variety of issues
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with patients
• Proficient at Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
• Proficiency in computer/tablet use and typing
• Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition
• Applicants must also have flexibility to occasional added or altered hours, including Saturday
• One-year experience in the medical field is preferred
