Job Title: Offsite Office Assistant
Provides entry level support to a manager or supervisor as related to the day to day operations of the office or department. Duties include reception, filing, mail service, photocopying and other duties as required.

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $37,616.44 - $48,093.73 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
In this role, the successful candidate Assists the professional staff in the care of patients and families by completing assigned patient care tasks; provides
Medical Receptionist performs insurance verification, check-in, check-out/cashier, appointment scheduling and medical records review/ update functions.
With autonomy, completes most types of assignments through the application of standard engineering theories, techniques, and practices.
Filling orders, receiving money, accurately counting back change and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
