As a Senior Mobile Expert, you will have the opportunity to:

  • You’re the Sales Leader of the store and lead in all sales and customer experience rankers
  • It’s up to you to infuse every Mobile Expert with a serious passion for our products and our mission
  • Engage customers and welcome them to the Metro by T-Mobile family and Make it Personal.
  • Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customers’ needs.

Requirements:

  • Track record of sales success and delivering to sales competencies.
  • Passionate advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers.
  • Desire to be a part of the game-changing Metro by T-Mobile store team.
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
  • Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
