Some things you can expect to do:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. You have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of successful maintenance experience in a commercial environment. You have a clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 50 lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
