Description of the Position:

• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Keep track of inventory using a computer-based system
• Assist with maintenance and production.
• Work with hydraulics, electricity, and mechanics.
• Provide new team members with training.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures
• Work swiftly and efficiently to complete quality jobs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent of a GED.
• Technical college (preferred)
• Knowledge Maintenance Connection is a computerized maintenance management system.
• Computerized machine controls and interfaces are well-understood.
• Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, and the plastics industry is preferred.
• Multitasking, problem-solving, and organization skills are required.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong feeling of responsibility.
• Strong written and oral communication ability.

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading
• PLC Troubleshooting Skills
• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Electrical Schematics
• Machine Safety Inspections
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Servo Motors
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Thermoforming Machine
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Salary info:

$25 - $32 / hr
